Inaugural solo ride.

From my house at 10 am this morning.

Helmet, gloves, jersey, shorts: checked
Water bottle checked.
Cyclometer, LED checked.
MTB checked.

All set for my first short ride to my in-laws house in Tanjung Tualang.
The 14km ride took me about 50 minutes, registering an average of 17.7km/h.

Looks like these old bones cannot go very fast after all. Haha.

Bought my new mountain bike.

My 18-yr old Raleigh mtb has all but given up its ghost. Just as well now that petrol price is going up, I have bought meself a spanking new bike.

Trinx 17" steel frame, 26" Chaoyang tyres, 21speed Shimano, with disc brakes. Free bottle haha
